There are many curtain, and valence, headings to choose from. Here are just a few . . .

Pencil Heading This can be used for a curtain or a valence, over a curtain, to cover the rail.	Rouched This style can be used for the curtain or a valence.
Swags and Tails This is used to cover a rail, with a curtain, or in this case just draped over the rail.
